Zach White, PT, DPT, TPI

Dr. Zach White grew up in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, and played golf and baseball throughout his childhood. Zach received a baseball scholarship to Freed-Hardeman University and graduated in 2014 with a degree in Biology. Upon graduating, Zach was accepted into graduate school and began the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Tennessee State University

After graduating from TSU in 2018, Zach began working as a traveling physical therapist. He worked in outpatient clinics in Massachusetts and Florida. He eventually accepted a permanent position and lived in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he worked until returning to Nashville, Tennessee, to open Enhanced Physical Therapy in 2021!

While traveling across the country and working in multiple clinics, Zach realized the need for a more individualized treatment experience. Zach believes patients deserve 1-on-1 care and a holistic treatment approach, as many factors lead to pain, movement restrictions, and decreased performance. Zach states, “A therapist should have the time to sit down with each patient, listen to their needs, develop a comprehensive treatment plan, and provide an ongoing plan for treatment beyond in-clinic care.”

Zach is passionate about treating all orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, but he is especially interested in performance therapy with athletes of all ages. Zach is an avid golfer and enjoys personal health and fitness. Zach and his wife, Abie, have been married since 2018. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends in their free time.
