What patients say
Real recoveries.
Zach is extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and why we were doing each exercise, and I’ve made real progress with my hip.
Gina’s whole approach is movement and function first. After 20-plus years of issues in multiple areas, I’m finally feeling relief I didn’t think was possible.
Melissa was beyond helpful preparing me for labor and delivery. She taught me to connect mind and body and relax my pelvic floor, and with her support I achieved the birth of my dreams.
Common questions
Answers before you book.
Do I need a doctor's referral to start physical therapy?
No. Tennessee is a direct-access state, so you can start physical therapy without a physician script or referral.
Do you take my insurance?
We are cash-pay. You pay us at the time of service, and we give you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows. We do accept FSA and HSA plans as payment. Contact us for pricing and package options.
How is Enhanced Physical Therapy different from other clinics?
The plan of care is built around your diagnosis, not a general protocol, and tailored towards your specific goals and needs. Every visit is one-on-one with the same therapist. The therapist who saw you for your initial evaluation is the therapist who will treat you for the remainder of your care.
What should I expect during my first visit?
A full hour, one-on-one evaluation and treatment. We talk through your history and goals, do a hands-on assessment, and put together a plan you can keep working on at home.
Do you offer virtual or telehealth visits?
Yes. We offer telehealth for physical therapy evaluation and treatment, and for performance training and programming. Virtual visits run a full hour, the same as in person. Nutrition coaching is virtual by default.
