What We Offer

At Enhanced Physical Therapy we build a solid foundation beginning with an accurate diagnosis of the root cause of your particular injury or limitation. Once we have established an accurate diagnosis, we can tailor individualized programs to meet your needs. Our process of rehabilitation involves traditional physical therapy practices including manual intervention, mobility activities, strengthening, and exercise progression, but we believe that there is much more to offer. We incorporate functional strengthening and lifestyle activities to meet your individual needs.

Physical Therapy

At Enhanced Physical Therapy, we begin with a thorough evaluation to determine impairments that may be resulting in pain and/or functional limitations. Once we have determined limitations and areas of concern, we can design an individualized treatment plan to help you reach your personal goals.

Injury Prevention

At Enhanced Physical Therapy we believe preventing injuries before they occur is the best solution to preventing long-term issues. We focus on exercises and techniques to limit debilitating injuries from occurring.

Common Injury Prevention Treatments Include:

Movement Assesments

  • We utilize the SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) and TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) assessments, along with the knowledge base that we learn throughout our training as Doctors of Physical Therapy. Movement assessments give us a baseline on your current mobility, strength, stability, balance, and coordination. It is then our job to design a plan to address limitations and optimize performance.
  • A full-body functional movement assessment will help reveal movement faults leading to increased injury risk, pain, or decreased performance.
  •

Movement Training

  • Increase efficiency and decrease risk of injury
  • Applicable to all sports, exercise or work activities
  • Form repeatable habits

EXERCISE MODIFICATION

  • Address and improve upon limitations
  • Provide modifications to current routine to keep you in the game while addressing limitations
  • Receive constant feedback and analysis

Performance Training

Top physical performance stems from having a solid foundation, let’s build a solid foundation together.

Common Performance Training Techniques Include:

Golf Program
