Performance training for athletes past their rehab phase.

Sport-specific strength, mobility, and power work for athletes who are out of pain and ready to build resilience.

Most patients land here after physical therapy. The pain is gone, the joint is moving, and the question becomes how to make sure it stays that way under the volume of training, sport, or work that put them in our clinic in the first place.

What sessions look like.

One hour. One athlete. A program that gets adjusted every session based on what your body did last week and what your sport needs this week. We work in our gym space with full equipment (rack, dumbbells, kettlebells), so the training is real, not a band-and-foam-roller circuit.

Who it is for.

  • Athletes recently discharged from PT who want to keep training under supervision.
  • Adults who have not lifted seriously in a while and want a careful re-introduction.
  • Athletes preparing for a specific event (half marathon, golf season, return-to-sport after ACL).
  • Anyone who has tried generic personal training and felt like the programming was disconnected from how their body actually moves.

How it pairs with PT.

The program builds on what was already established in rehab instead of starting from zero.
