Physical therapy that actually fixes the problem.

One-on-one orthopedic and post-op rehab. Hands-on assessment, manual therapy, and progressive strength work, tailored to your diagnosis and personal goals.

An Enhanced PT therapist mobilizing a patient's leg on the treatment table under the EPT neon sign

A full hour, one patient at a time. The same therapist every visit. Care from a doctor of physical therapy, not an aide. The first visit goes deep on history and goals, a hands-on assessment, and a plan you can keep working on at home.

Head and neck.

Acute and chronic neck pain, post-concussion symptoms, jaw and TMJ work, and the headaches that come with all of it. We restore range of motion, then build the strength and motor control that keeps it from coming back.

  • Neck pain and stiffness
  • Headaches and migraines
  • TMJ dysfunction
  • Cervical radiculopathy
  • Disc bulges and nerve pain
  • Whiplash injuries
  • Vertigo and balance issues
  • Post-operative recovery

Shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.

Sports injuries and post-surgical recovery. Movement assessment to find what is actually causing the pain, hands-on work to settle the irritated tissue, and progressive strength training to fix the cause.

  • Rotator cuff tears
  • Labrum injuries
  • Impingement and bursitis
  • Golfer's elbow
  • Tennis elbow
  • Carpal tunnel
  • Wrist fractures
  • Tommy John rehab
  • Biceps tears
  • Mommy wrist

Hip, knee, foot, and ankle.

Lower body cases are about getting strength and motor control back under load. We screen movement (squat, lunge, hop, single-leg balance), treat the painful tissue, and progressively load the joint until the activity that caused it is on the table again.

  • Hip replacements and labral repairs
  • Knee ligament and meniscus injuries
  • ACL post-op rehab
  • Patellofemoral pain
  • Ankle sprains and ligament tears
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Calf strains
  • Turf toe
  • Jones and Lisfranc fractures

Back pain.

Most back cases come in scared. The conversation usually starts with sorting out which findings on the MRI report actually explain the symptoms and which are just normal age-related changes. From there it is movement work, hands-on treatment, and a graded return to whatever it is that put you on the couch.

  • Disc herniation
  • Sciatica and radiculopathy
  • SI joint pain
  • Lumbar fusion recovery
  • Muscle strains
  • Rib pain
  • Spinal stenosis
  • Post-surgical back rehab

After years of back pain and shoulder pain from tennis, a handful of sessions with Zach and some at-home exercises and I haven’t had any more problems.
Lindsay Gallatin patient
Zach is extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and why we were doing each exercise, and I’ve made real progress with my hip.
Laura Gallatin patient
Zach got my middle-schooler through a year of ankle pain in time for track tryouts, then reduced my chronic knee pain to where it is no longer noticeable. My knees feel better at 50 than in my 30s.
