SFMA and TPI movement screens, corrective programming, and exercise modification to find the dysfunction before it becomes the injury.

Most overuse injuries do not show up overnight. The shoulder you tweaked at the gym last week probably had bad scapular mechanics for months before it spoke up. Injury prevention work catches that early.

Movement assessment.

We use the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and TPI screens to evaluate mobility, stability, strength, and coordination across the body. The screen produces a report of where you are moving well and where there is a fault that could become a problem under load.

Movement training.

Programs are written around what the screen showed and what your sport or training actually demands. Sessions are one-on-one, in our gym, with real equipment. We progress and regress on the fly based on how you are moving that day.

Exercise modification.

Bring us the program you are already running (CrossFit, Peloton, marathon block, an Excel sheet from your coach) and we will adjust the pieces that are creating risk without scrapping what is working. Most patients keep training through the process.
